Meaning: might happen, might do something

How to use the:
Verb-ますstem + かねない

Example sentences:
1, 十年のあいだには、それはもういろんなことが起こりかねない。
juunen no aida ni wa, sore wa mou iron na koto ga okori kanenai.
A lot can happen in ten years.

2, 風邪だからといってほうっておくと、大きい病気になりかねない。
Kaze dakaratoitte hō tte okuto, ōkī byōki ni nari kanenai
Even if you only have a cold, if you leave it alone without worrying about the medication, you may get worse

3, 今回の土砂崩れは二次災害を引き起こしかねないものであり、対策を急がねばならない。
Konkai no doshakuzure wa nijisaigai o hikiokoshi kanenai monodeari, taisaku o isoganeba naranai.
